How much time should I give to my customer past the terms on my invoice to settle the invoice
We believe that your customers should honour your trading terms and if your terms are 30 days, all accounts should be settled in 30 days.

We would always recommend that you attempt to collect all outstanding amounts at the very earliest time as leaving outstanding debts for too long makes it harder to collect.

Yes, you can download an instruction form from this website and fax it back. Once you download the form you will need Adobe Acrobat Software which is freely available from the internet.

Is there a long delay before you take action?
We aim to obtain the clients monies as quickly and professionally as possible without causing disruption to the debtor. Normally we will act within 24 hours unless you instruct otherwise.

How much does your service cost?
The service we provide is free. A nominal fee becomes chargeable to the client only when instruction is made in error and our bailiff’s have visited.
